Gammaflux vergleicht die Ist-Temperatur mit dem Sollwert und berechnet anschließend mithilfe eines einzigartigen PID2-Algorithmus exakt die erforderliche Heizleistung, um diesen Sollwert konstant zu halten.
Priamus erkennt nicht nur fehlerhafte Spritzgussteile und schleust diese aus, sondern beseitigt durch eine Prozessregelung im geschlossenen Regelkreis langfristig auch die Ursache des Fehlers. Durch die Kombination realer Prozessparameter, die mithilfe von Sensoren für Werkzeuginnendruck und Werkzeugwandtemperatur direkt im Werkzeug erfasst werden, erhält Priamus ein ganzheitliches Bild des Prozesses und kann beispielsweise den Schmelzefluss im Werkzeug überwachen.
Abhängig vom Schmelzefluss korrigiert Priamus automatisch die Einstellungen der Heißkanaldüsen, sodass Bindenähte in großflächigen Bauteilen gezielt gesteuert, verschoben und in Position gehalten werden können, um perfekte Bauteile zu produzieren.
